Typing Speed & Accuracy

All candidates must pass a standardized typing test to ensure they can handle live chats efficiently.

Minimum WPM: Candidates are expected to have a typing speed of at least 35-40 Words Per Minute.
High Accuracy: Accuracy is critical. We look for a 95% or higher accuracy rate.
Multi-Language Typing: If you are applying for regional roles, you must demonstrate the ability to type natively in that script as well as in English.

Language & Communication

Customer service requires exceptional clarity and empathy. Our language assessments evaluate both spoken and written fluency.

Written Fluency: Tested on grammar, spelling, and tone via simulated scenarios.
Spoken Clarity: Pronunciation and active listening evaluated through a short interview.
